He became popular for his gameplay and commentary videos of various video games on his penguinz0 YouTube channel, mainly due to his monotone voice and deadpan delivery of humorous commentary. A running joke for several years, his uncredited background role in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 (2014), eventually led to him being cast in his first full-length film role as Officer Greg in the indie horror film Last of the Grads (2021).
